Aircraft can design the structure of the drone based on customer requirement for various drone structures like Quadcopter, hexacopter and octocopter. Our team is capable to build the UAV structure as well. Apart from UAV, our company has designed the other parts and components of drones and UAV’s in complete carbon fiber composite. Apart from design, the company is capable to analyse the structure with CFD.

Mould design & Development

               Aircraft is capable to design the various mould for the fabrications like 3D printing mould, Wooden mould, FRP mould, Aluminium mould. Mano can design and develop mould based on the customer requirement and order quantity 

Part design and development

               Aircraft is capable to design and develop the various composite parts like carbon fiber, glass fiber, Kevlar fiber, and sandwich panels like Aluminium honeycomb, Nomex honeycomb and Styrofoam panels can be fabricated.

Machining

               Our company is capable of machining all types of complex design with various CNC and VMC machines. Foam cutting also available for mould fabrications.

Painting & Finishing

               Our service included with fine finishing and premium painting includes clear coat and high end spray painting with premium paints can be done. Various painting like matte finish, glossy finish and multi-colour painting can be done.

Testing

      All our parts and components can be tested internally. Apart from internal tests, the recognised lab tests with proper report can be provided. Various tests like deflection test, load test, bend test and yield test can be done based on customer requirements.
